Questions about our services

Which of the three services should I choose?

Choose the AI assistant if your day is full of varied small tasks, such as briefings, drafts and reminders; it can be running within a few days. Choose workflow automation if one fixed, high-volume process, such as enquiry to quotation, takes up your team's time; we build it end to end in one to two weeks. Choose AI training if you want your team to learn to use AI and build simple workflows themselves. Many companies start with one and add another later.

What tools does the AI assistant use, and who pays for subscriptions?

We recommend tools that fit your current setup. Any subscription is opened in your company's name and paid by you, so you keep full control, and we tell you the expected costs upfront before anything is set up.

Will the AI assistant send messages to customers on its own?

No. By default it prepares drafts, and you approve them before anything goes out.

What does MINHO AI's AI training cover?

Do my staff need technical skills to join?
