## Service 1: Workflow automation (done for you)
- **Quotation automation**: A WhatsApp enquiry becomes a priced quotation that waits for human approval, then is sent and recorded in Xero and the CRM.
- **Supplier invoice processing**: AI reads PDF invoices from email, extracts supplier, number and amount, matches them to purchase orders and prepares the accounting entry; exceptions go to a person.
- **Daily reporting**: AI reads new rows in Excel or Google Sheets, cleans the data, flags anomalies and sends a summary to the owner every morning.
- **Order entry**: AI extracts orders from customer messages, checks stock, credit limit and address, creates the order and notifies the warehouse team.

Process: free 30-minute workflow review → map the steps and mark which need a person → build on existing tools → test with staff → go live with support, then the next workflow.
Safety: steps involving payments, messaging customers or deleting data wait for a person's approval. Automations get only the minimum access they need.

- **AI Assistant**: An AI assistant for business, working like a personal assistant for the owner and team: daily or weekly sales and operations briefings, collecting and organising data from sheets, email and forms, drafting posts, product descriptions and replies, and reminders such as low stock or overdue payments. AI prepares, you approve: nothing is sent without approval, and money matters and complex decisions go to a person. Usually running within a few days.

### Which of the three services should I choose?
Choose the AI assistant if your day is full of varied small tasks, such as briefings, drafts and reminders; it can be running within a few days. Choose workflow automation if one fixed, high-volume process, such as enquiry to quotation, takes up your team's time; we build it end to end in one to two weeks. Choose AI training if you want your team to learn to use AI and build simple workflows themselves. Many companies start with one and add another later.

### What office work can a Malaysian SME automate with AI?

We recommend tools that fit your current setup. Any subscription is opened in your company's name and paid by you, so you keep full control, and we tell you the expected costs upfront before anything is set up.

### Will the AI assistant send messages to customers on its own?
No. By default it prepares drafts, and you approve them before anything goes out.
